★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst lab.. Gave wrong results... I had a anti natal package worth Rs10700.. When i showed my reports to the doctor she said some readings were impossible to come .. And she repeated 6 tests..which i had to get it done from some other place and see there was a. Huge diffrence..between the readings..
Never go this lab.. They just earn money from you.. And can give you false readings....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service and collection was good. But the report is not yet delivered when delivery was promised within a day. Not a great delivery service and also customer care is quite inaccessible. All in all, can be better than what they provide.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On Aug 23rd, 3 of my family members were given false positive results. My (covid-free) father with pre-morbidities was put in a Covid ward due to false reporting and negligence by SRL DIAGNOSTICS. 3 subsequent tests over the next 96 hours from hospital labs and by the DHA (dubai health authority) confirmed their negative results. Their samples themselves took over 24 hours to be tested and swabs were not collected as per protocol. The COO - Ravi Aggarwal refused to submit my family's RNA samples to external lab audit from fear of exposure of their negligence and the CEO - Col Prabal Deb was altogether dismissive and unaccountable . This company should lose their license and be held accountable .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SRL has lost it's credibility during this pandemic, they collected our samples for COVID test on 16th MArch,2021 and we haven't received a report as of today i.e 3rd April,2021. If we ask them about the report without any thought they say " If you haven't received it yet it means you have tested negative". Are they even serious, are we supposed to rely on their word and not receive a report? is it even fair? Did not expect this from SRL. So disappointed with this negligent behaviour of SRL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They lost my Covid test sample and informed me about it after 48 hours. They did a test again on 3rd day and thanks to them I had to spend 4 days extra in quarantine without seeing my family. They should lose their license for such negligence.

All kinds of blood reports done, timing are from 8 am. To 8pm night.
They give discount for elderly citizens.
Bit expensive but reliable reports.
Staff is helpful.
