★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Earlier today I walked into Vital, Goregaon a panic ridden person for my ultrasound appointment with Dr. Neha Parasher. The doctor was not only extremely thorough and professional but took time to allay my fears and educate me about my health screening options.
I also appreciate the attitude of the support staff at the Center, extremely polite and professional.
Vital, Goregaon definitely delivers over expectation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service and experienced staff, they delivered home blood collection service even during the times of covid with proper precautions. The blood collection was done in a professional and timely manner which required their staff to visit our residence 3times at every one hour gap.

Appointment process was smooth and instructions were clear and precise. Confirmation sms received.
Sonography room is clean and comfortable. Doctor was communicative and reassuring. Report was given within half hour.
The washroom needs better cleaning and maintenance. Only reason I gave one star less

Doctor come around 9.30 to 10am.
You have to wait in queue.
Setting arrangements are good.
Covid-19 related check ups are done here.
Sanitization is done properly.
Mask is mandatory.
Body temperature is not measured.
Report provided just after 10 mins of test.
