★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This centre should be held responsible and a case to be filed for spreading the infection. They don't send reports by email, so one has to unnecessarily visit centre 2nd time to physically collect report. This is totally unacceptable, why can't they send by email?? It should be made mandatory, infact they should be penalised for not having the provision.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing and nerve wrecking experience. The place is unhygienic, has old machinery and ill trained staff. The patient complained of discomfort during the scan twice and was ignored. After senior staff walked in the next day, we were still given a false finding, which caused us considerable anxiety and mental anguish. They wanted the patient to walk in again to redo the scan. How a sinus issue can be mistaken for blood clotting in the brain is besides me.

The clinic humiliated the Patient are made to wait for near hour because they at clinic quote high the rates at clinic & misguide the patient with fake discount!!! They don’t have courtesy to accept their fault & they don’t bother to apologise, don’t visit such fraudulent clinic. It’s waste of time , energy , money . Please do not go

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They didn't asked to sanitize the hands. they weren't checking whether people are wearing mask. No Social distance. unhygienic place, unprofessional people and unorganized management. No sequence of taking the patient for MRI. I had to wait for 3hrs. They took 3 patients who came after me. Not even given receipt for collecting reports. They told come after 6pm and tell your name we will give the reports that means no security too. Machines are also all old technology.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The name holds up its reputation. Best in services. Provide accurate reports and also preliminary report is giving to patients after the test in cases of urgency. Doctors and staff is really good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is one of the good centre which performs multislice CT scan and highfield MRI scan. Service is very good and prompt. Qualified and experience radiologist and operators perform the diagnosis. Pioneer in diagnostic centres in Mumbai. Staffs are very helpful and cooperative.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SCAM - AVIOD THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. 3 different prices given by different staff members for an MRI, definitely a scam they are pulling because others have reported it as well (I read reviews only after I had gone there because we went immediately after the doctor asked for an MRI and didn't have time to check reviews before going). They tried to add on a contrast dye test worth 3000 which our doctor had not requested, agreed not to do it only after I confronted them, but increased the price of the normal MRI by 1000. Scan was not done correctly and we had to go back the next day. CT scan was done without being required or asked for, the report was not even given to us, but yet they confirmed that they did the test. Very unhygienic. Blood samples are stored near the washroom which stinks. Staff don't wear masks properly and there is no social distancing whatsoever. Had to wait for 3+ hours to get the MRI done, prior appointments are not possible. The patient complained of palpitations during the MRI and was told "aisa kuch nahi hota hai". Very unprofessional staff at the reception, no coordination among staff and very poor organisational skills, technicians are polite, but seem unqualified since others have also mentioned that they had to go back to redo the scan and they ignore any complaints made by the patient. Visited on Saturday, and the report was only ready on Monday evening. Definitely never returning to this place. NM medical is more efficient, professional and hygienic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Go to this place as your last resort if everywhere is closed. We did color dopler sonography from here today.
Pros:
24hours open
Doctor and staff was well behaved
Cons:
Very crowded, chaotic place and lack of coordination among employees.
Not very clean floor or seats.
Most importantly, during sonography doctor didn't show the screen or explain the details to my wife, just said verbally all is good and shared weight. They don't allow husbands inside. We did all our sonography from IRIS digital just nearby. There the doctor shows us the live screen and explains both of us everything in details. Unfortunately the went for new year holiday and was unavailable hence we had to come to this place.
