The entire process was quite professional. When applicable, Mr. Murali did intervene to ensure clarity about deliverables making it happened in timely and correct way even during such challenging situations. Kudos!!

Small gestures make you feel you are the right place and in the right hands. The lab technician was quite professional. Keep up the good work. Appreciate the safety norms your team is following.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Few weeks ago I booked RT-PCR tests at home from this centre. It was a good experience.
The office staff clearly explained the slots available for technician's visit and the time it would take for the test result to be available.
The technician was polite, did a good job in taking nasal & throat swab samples and ensured that I didn't face much discomfort. Payment can be made digitally by scanning QR code available with the technician.
When I had some queries regarding the generation of test report the owner himself contacted me to clear my doubts.
I'm quite satisfied with their services.
