★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots of follow up require to get the report. Bad management as getting false commitments. We are getting some time two reports with different number. Difficult to believe. Not trustworthy.

I have appointment with my gynaecologist at 1 Pm I told the staff to please try on urgent basis to have my appointment but still they are just saying Ur no.is this & that and even till 2 I have not called for Sonography.......... I really don't think so this is service on Demand........ I definitely will not recommend this to anyone bcoz of there worst service.......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for my wifes sonography; Staff is not even aware of the charges. Every other staff member asked me with different charges for the same.
Also, staff is rude in behaviour.
Doctor has a good nature but seems not interested to explain what's happening.

The person sitting in the lab does not wear mask or did not even sanitised hand before collecting the samples, even after asking him to do so. The people who work in high risk environment should follow the proper norms. Look for other alternate lab. Don't visit this lab unless it is absolutely necessary.
