★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being an online test center the reports given to us was too late and called multiple time after 24 hours but there was no response. When it was an emergency We did the test again at the hospital and got the reports and admit the patient. There should be a quick response, patient cant keep waiting for 48 hours for just a report. Costing 1000 Rs for covid test which is double the amount cost by other private hospitals and giving reports after 3 days is just not acceptable. If you are charging double than the service should be quick.
It was just a waste of money and reports were given after patient got serious and was admitted.
Would not recommend anyone for doing test here. Better to go to nearby hospital and get reports in minutes.
