★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff members weren't wearing masks. Being a diagnostic center it's necessary to follow the basic protocols of wearing masks and gloves after sanitisation while taking an RTPCR test. I don't understand how irresponsible the staffs are but please understand it does matter to follow certain basic rules.
