★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SRL diagnostics is having very rude employees. They just hung up the call when i asked for RT-PCR test. Why you have opened a diagnostic centre when you don't care about patients in this pendamic, atleast you should show some concern without making others feel helpless. According to my experience they are the worst than any other diagnostic centres.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ABSOLUTELY IMPRESSED. Very very positive review. I needed an Rt PCR report for travelling. I got a test done on Wed and needed its report on friday morning.
The test reports were late i.e. didn't arrive on thursday evening. I contacted Mr Sanjit and he was definitely so soo sooo helpful. I had to call him a thousand times. Early in the morning and late at night, he received my calls and talked with utter politeness. He was helpful. Also, he emailed the lab that the report is urgent and got it done.
Honestly, I never expected such kind of polite behaviour and honest work. True example of absolute professionalism, ethical and moral work.
Would definitely recommend this lab
And Mr Sanjit, who managed to get the report no matter how much difficult it was.
