★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faced Horrible and shocking experience and service form such a so called renowned diagnostic centre !!!! Few days earlier I had a full health diagonistic from here but as PP was not included in the package I had seperately asked to have booking for fasting and PP from home collection .Being a Diabetic Patient I had been booking for fasting and pp for now three days within a week from 2nd sep 2021 till date 5th September 2021 at Navi Mumbai. Ist day the collection boy just forgot and gave excuse, I waited waited in fasting when called the boy named Vishal,he simply said I forgot, he said I am taking a fresh booking on Sunday early morning , ok fine, again I waited but agian no one turned out, and when time crossed 1hr I was shocked for thier pathetic service, called customer care, they said we r sending a Collection boy immediately for pp atleast within two hrs but again no one turned for collection!!!! After one hr was over!!! How can they be so irresponsible??
