★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst lab for testing......how can we rely on your reports. I called up for home test of my dad for total check-up plan for morning fasting collection which they confirmed me over call immediately as we booked and later on the day before testing tooo we waited for check up till 10am of test booking day but no response my father stayed empty stomach till then when we called up they told they can't come for collection which they should say us prior in morning of collection but still we agreed keeping current scenario in mind. we asked them for another schedule available with them n got the blood test done by SRL itself we were supposed to get the reports by next day afternoon so we booked our specialist doctor appointment for a day after that but till next day evening didn't receive any report so we followed with no. on app for contact we have not received full reports and the customer care service is just rotating call n not addressing the problem this is totally not professional n unethical as a lab so known can't can do this. Even on a day after where i have my specialist appointment i have not received the full report my dad is a high bp n kidney patient n had liver disease in past so a full report was must n in covid scenario getting appointment is difficult with specialist . So please improve your working on timing as critical patient are relied on labs for test n please be clear with your communications in regards to timing. Now i doubt SRL diagnostic because of the response i got are even your reports accurate cz your services and timings are clearly not.
