Very bad experience, first they collected blood in the morning and promised to send the report by evening on WhatsApp and asked me to collect hard copy from lab. For two days there was no response from lab. I went to lab to collect the report then they handed over it to me. Next day morning again I received a call for collection of blood sample again as the earlier sample was spoiled. I was surprised, nothing was informed to me for 3 days, this was very annoying. When I allowed to collect the blood again and informed them that I can not come to collect the hard copy as I am out of town, they promised to deliver the same to my house, now 2 days are over and I have not received hardcopy of the report and when called, SRL is denying to deliver it to my place. It's the worst experience I had with SRL. Please do take care if you are going to SRL, Ambegaon BK I am writing this on your response, thanks for calling me false stories and lies, that itself shows how much you value your customer. Now, about the incident, Sunday morning you collected the blood sample for pre test and we handed over the urine sample on Sunday afternoon when your person collected post sugar blood sample. I was expecting the report on Sunday evening on Whatsapp which didn't happened, now you can say I am lying or telling false stories. I agree that you told us to collect the report next day from your lab, which I did collected on Monday evening. Till then nothing was informed to me by you or your lab person. On Tuesday morning when I was traveling out of station, your lab lady called me informing that blood sample is needed for electrolyte test and your person forgot to collect it on Sunday. I was agreed for the same on the condition that I won't be available to collect the report again on Wednesday and she agreed to deliver the report by Wednesday evening. Even, the person who came to collect the sample on Tuesday also confirmed to deliver the report by evening, then I allowed him to take the sample. And yesterday my family called your person for the report then also they didn't replied and just spend the whole time saying that they are arranging for the same. Today when I received the report on Whatsapp, I called you and asked to deliver the report to my place, but you straight away refused for the same. So thank you very much for such service to me. I came here for the first time, but I will never come back to your lab and will not recommend also. Thanks for calling me lie and false.
