★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not reliable security services, they use to deploy random Peoples as security gaurds. We had hired this agency for our apartment and tried to adjust for almost 2 years but their QoS was worst. They use to hire random peoples as their security gaurds who even don't know what is meaning of security. Their security gaurds are just gate keepers who never got trained to respond in emergency.
Their security gaurds experience is like: ex cook as security gaurd, ex cleaner as security gaurd, ex garbage picker as security gaurd.
After suffering of almost 2 years finally we decided to change agency as there was no scope to fix their attitude.
Its should not be called as security agency instead its just a contracter. Sometimes during their deployment we found that some security were stealing items from security room,once they stole Mobile phone which later we tracked and recovered then later they stole money from charity box kept in security room which we tracked and recovered using CCTV footage. Totally irresponsible security agency. There are also many side effects of this company but detailed elaboration will take time.
Pls note: They never do background verification of security they are deploying for your safety.
