Gated community , A katha plots , good place to invest . Connecting roads are slightly smaller , no water issues .well connected to hosur road and sarjapur road

It's a very good assosiciates we have a site in slvlayout it's good place far from traffic disturbances developing rapidly we have a very good association and management for taking care of the layout related issues all r very helpful.

No roads from last 2 years, power disruption all the day long. Worst layout I have ever lived in my 12 years in Bangalore. Though few association members really trying to work towards it's improvement

Please avoid renting, not good for family. Below is an honest review of approx 1 year of stay. Roads: Bad, during rain roads become muddy, even worse than villages. Electricity: Very frequent powercuts. Sometimes powercuts extends for 3-4 hours. Frequent undervoltage and overvoltage problems. Many people have lost equipments like TV and routers. Parking: No place for proper parking. Everyone is parking in the unoccupied plots. But as the new constructions start the parking space is decreasing. The home owners have done construction in sucha a way that car parking inside the home is not possible. Ventilation: Almost all buildings are 4 floor and very near to each other. That limits air circulatino and direct sun light. Environment: Very dust environment because of the constant construction work going on, even the phase-2 layout work has started so it is not going to stop in near future. Children play area: Very bad condition. Security Issues: One security personel is present in night time, that is insufficient. Society has multiple entrance and exits, so one person is not sufficient. Again, buildings are so closely constructed that it is possible to jump from one tarace to other tarace.(I faced this twice, someone was roaming in our lobby) Rent: High, if you consider all the above mentioned points.

Very promising layout... current price in this layout is around 6000rs per sqft as it has got gas pipelines to home, cauvery water facility to home every Thursday for 8 hours, underground electricity, underground drainage... also 30 feet wide roads and LED street lights.. jio speeds at 10mbps in this layout which is excellent, ground water around 700 feet to 1000 feet. What more is required... phase 3 is most most promising as it will be the entrance soon to phase 1... phase 3 is B khata still good option to invest for 5300rs per sqft
