Management of society is very bad. Society suffers many issues ranging from stp bad construction and undelivered amneties. On top of this the managers don't address any complaints. I Would strongly suggest talking to some owners before buying a flat here

Here is my experience so far but buyer should visit the place and make your own decision. -- Very spacious apts and clean and well maintained. -- The is very nice project and quite happy with the services and commitment. -- They run maintence a very cost effective basis. Even during covid time there no issue getting water, electricity etc whileΒ  many other communities were facing many issues.Β  Also given the rise in inflation they have kept the costs same. --Β  Maintence is done on fixed cost basis, however recentlyΒ  Klassik published the accountsΒ  and are doing this at no profit(actually they paid from they own funds) of 3.30. Other complex for similar facilitiies charge about 25-30% more for similar Maintence. -- Few folks misguided the community and collectedΒ  money to form a RWA but did not succeed because they did not have legality to do so. Klassik has assured that they will handover when the time is right and project is done. It is ok as far as they keeping the property & servicesΒ  well run. -- Some amenities are been developed and expanded but we were informed those will be done in phased manner. See regular progress on this front understandably covid caused slight delays. Overall good community.

Don’t waste your hard earned money. If you don’t have any other option then go for the builder. The materials are used are sub standard. Once the cheque is cleared no one will bother. Don’t take anything on face value if possible get it in writing.

Pros: 1. Excellent apartments. 2. Good facilities including swimming pool, badminton court and indoor games. 3. The houses are well built. 4. Great place to stay if you prefer to stay within the society. Cons: 1. Located away from the outer ring road. So, it is not so easy to reach here 2. The area around the apartments is not developed. 3. Hard to find good shops and restaurants nearby. 4. The roads around are very bad. Takes a toll on the vehicles.

The after sale service of KL management as well as their behaviour towards resident/owners is very bad. They completely failed to fulfill their own promises/warrantees made/given at the time of sale of flat. Instance #1: In 2019, at the time of buying flat by me, the KL management had given oral warantees for all PVC glass doors , electric fittings & water pipe fittings for 5 years. After approx. 2.5 years, the 3-4 rollers of the PVC slider doors, which are under normal use, have become jammed. On taking the matter with their General Manager as well as with one of the promoters /directors, they deliberately refused to get the wheels repalced/repaired by saying as under; "OFCOURSE WE HAVE PROMISED/TENDERED WARANTEE FOR THE ABOVE ITEMS FOR 5 YEARS BUT NOW THE WARRANTEE HAS BEEN ELAPSED AS IT STARTED FROM THE DATE OF AFFIXING THE DOORS AND NOT FROM THE DATE OF SALE OF FLAT. THESE DOORS HAVE BEEN AFFIXED IN 2015" As such, they completely denied to honour their own words/ warantee from the date of sale of the flat. Instance #2: My flat has 4 water tapes/inlets i.e one each in all the 3 washrooms and one in the kitchen. One of the washroom tap is throwing dirt particles on regular basis with water and the other 3 connections are quite well. Even in the remaining 13 flats of other owners of the same wing, no such problem is seen so far. Definitely, it is due to some fault in pipe fitting. On taking up the matter with the GM of KL management, he commented as under in a very rude way: "WE ARE NOT MAKING CAUVERY WATER. GO TO THE KAUVERY WATER BARD AND MAKE YOUR COMPLAINT" It is pertinent to mention that Maintenance charge payment of my flat is made to KL Management and is is quite regular and on time, then why should I go to Cauvery Water Board for resolution of problem? An advice to the prospective buyers is that they should get all the things in written from KL management before buying flat to avoid future problems, if any, occurring due to such false assurances/warantees of the KL management being mase at the time of sale of flat.

I own a flat here. Writing the review after one month of stay after moving in. (7the feb 2022) Following is my opinion: Many Pros and Overall a good experience but few things to watch out for: 1. STP goes still faulty time to time although years of construction having passed. That's not cool really. Management should solve it proactively. 2. Many residents from A,B and C tower have reported cracks in cement of wall cz of underlying brick expansion. Not a structural flaw indeed but can be an aesthetic issue and can even spoil a wall fitted ply or other interiors. D, E,F,G Towers don't have this issue it seems. Will update my flat's status of walls if and when they develop any cracks like others have reported. So far not the case. Anyways it's been just one month. Mine is in A tower.

In my opinion.. it very badly managed project.. there is no transparency from management on maintenance charges.. some residents are paying 3 psft, some 3.3 and some residents may be more then 3.3.. how that can be possible.. maintenance book of accounts are not shared with residents.. Amenities are not completed.. attaching current photo of amphitheatre.. see yourself :). . there is no RWA even when people are staying here from last 3-4 years.. I will update my rating once see some progress on above issues.. Update :- there was water logging issue in Klassik Landmark basement after rainfall on 10th October 2021. Klassik Mangement please look into this issue and resolve it. Added photo for reference. Update:- There was security situation yesterday 22-Nov-2021.. response from KL Management is hopeless, pathetic as always.. attaching incident reported at Mygate.. Update 02Feb2022:-ISP issue monopoly of Airtel.. Cheap Builder, KL builders (unlike some premium apts) didn't invest on their own cabling for services - instead sold the rights to a 3rd person. Now they want another service providers to buy the entire layout/cabling setup and take over. Whichever provider comes, they would only invest when they have majority stake/advantage and not a shared model with competition. Shame on Klassik.

Have been staying here for over 1.5 years. Excellent apartment society. More than 40% open space given for landscaping. There are 4 children's play area. A huge and spacious clubhouse. Ample parking space. Cauvery connection is active and multiple power grids to avoid power cut.
