★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer service I have gave my laptop on July 2020 they charged me 9000 please don't trust them the man nilesh didn't know about hardware I watched i n my front they are repairing dell laptop from YouTube tutorial please don't trust they didn't even give my laptop from last 9 months I am waiting for my laptop when I call e decline my phone worst service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Third class service I have encountered in my life. Had repaired my printer and paid 900 rps for the same and just within a 2 weeks it stoped working and tgan i called and asked to check why it happened even after repairing . They charged 300 rps for visit and it took only 30 seconds for which they charged so high when I asked why they are charging so high as i had already repaired from them just before few daysdays they just replied that if we come for no reason than also we charge 300 rps for visit. Unfortunately, I installed anti-virus also and when issue raied due to their novice things, they are not ready to solve the query and now raising issues for hardware problems and all, which havent informed during installation. Guys they are just making money only....
And these 5 star comments are also done by their closed ones only. Choose at your own risk

He is not useful for retail pc customer;
he'll never prioritise time or effort for your repairs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baddest service experience ever in my 20years of pc usage. The owner has no management skills. Doesn’t have appropriate skills. And uses anger to hide his incompetence.
He took in my pc for two months and it was not working when he took it. And after when he gave back! and it cost me ₹1000/-
He had seriously damaged my work productivity for two months!
This loss is way more than what he charged me.
He behaves as toxic teenager, which is miserable if his decisions effects your business.
Check the sample of requests (screenshot) I kept on making, he never replied. Never gave any timeline of finishing the work!
Edit:
This person first said motherboard is faulty. Repaired. Then said processor is faulty; He knew both is under warranty
last 1.5month kept saying processor he has send to intel.

Very worst kind of service ... very poor business ethics... what he committed never fulfilled ..... excessive charge against the extremely low service..... Mr. Nilesh Patel has not returned my hard disk which I have gave him for data recover and keep it with him in illegal way. I am helpless what should I do to get my hard disk back. I do not know when my hard disk come back ? He has not recovered my lost data but by giving false commitment received full amount of Rs.2800/- for very few data. The price I have paid for complete data but Mr. Nilesh Patel failed to deliver the committed result.
I strongly recommend not to visit for any kind of services
