Wierd Hospital..Now I realised why all recent reviews and ratings for this hospital are bad. Its really worth of 0 star. There are many incidents we experienced in only 2 days. This review is reference for all, and even for hospital, if they really want to improve themselves. Only ambience is not going to help patients, good medical treatment is important. 1. Unprofessional staff - looks like all unskilled staff they have appointed. They dont have any skills. And moreover i literally saw physical fight in between hospitals one of the ladies and gents staff with all abusive words. This shows their standard of staff. 2. Imaginary Pantry - They told us not to bring any food for patient since they have some pantry facility and arrange food inside the hospital, so i did not bring any food for patient for dinner, same night i decided to wait with patient. In the morning around 5, one of their staff came and ask me to bring biscuit box for patient from outside and told me that patient is hungry. I was literally in shock for a moment. First they asked me not to bring any food and now they are telling me to bring food from outside and that is even in the morning around 5 am when all shops are closed. How i supposed to arrange that for patient. When i asked them the reason then they realised their mistake and arranged buiscuits from one of their staff. This was the very very bad experience for me. 3. Billing section - This is definitely the one thing to take care about, also i have seen many bad reviews on billing section. They ask for maximum deposit amount and even after claim settlement they just give you fake promises to return the deposit amount and try the maximum delay from their side. Not as quick as taking deposit amount while patients admission. At the time of admission they accept cash, neft, gpay every mode in the world, but while returning the deposit they only do by neft with unknown return time. I give them deposit money in 10 minutes at the time of admission and they took more than 10 days to return my deposit after claim settlement. This will be a never ending review, but the pain we suffered was really worst. I hope hospital will improve their services after these recent reviews.

Hospital Ambience is a good even the staff. But they charges more if your have Mediclaim as the result the insurance company disburse the capped amount and we have to pay from our pocket. Security guards are very rough towards patient and relatives.

2 years ago my Dad had a heart attack. We got him to an hospital in our city and a day later he was moved to Mamta. Honestly, the name is undeserved. Nope no Maternal love here, more like financial gain. I have been meaning to leave a review for while but wasnt sure i should i mean my dad is alive. He is okay. Day 1: There were after us to pay them 50k deposit, otherwise no treatment for the patient. We were worried sick at the time about papa and i personally didn't have that much money. It could have been arranged the next day, but they kept pressuring us to pay the same day. After reaching out to many people we somehow managed it. But that experience didn't exactly make us think the hospital was trustworthy. But before that we were asked to submit a blank cheque and we did. My father's company covered part of the bill, rest we managed but barely. At least they let him leave before the bill was covered, had they kept him for more days pretty sure we would have had to pay double the amount. After the payment was made, i went by to collect the documents and i forgot to collect the blank cheque. So, i had to call the woman at the payment counter and tell her about it. When i reached the counter, this woman was talking to her colleagues and as she handed me that cheque she said, "I wasn't going to keep the cheque, i was going to tear it anyways." And no she didn't look at me, she kept her eyes on her colleagues. That was horrible. The security staff have more manners than that woman. Actually, there's no comparison. The security staff were extremely helpful during the process. They did their job and managed to be nice at the same time. The doctor who treated my father was good at his job as well. I'm thankful for them. Also, once the payment is cleared, you'll not get any help from them. In comparison, my dad's next treatment was done at much better hospital and it cost half of what we had to pay here. All in all, my advice to people who have to deal with this hospital, get insurance and be prepared.

Billing and accounts department is very slow, careless and do not responding properly. Billing and other staff delayed discharge, Though hospital received money from insurance company on 23 March 2022, accounts department is not refunding the deposit amount though 13 days over and only replying that process is going on. Government Insurance company acted very fast, sanctioned claim immediately and send money to the hospital. But working of billing and accounts department of the hospital is very frustrating. Doctors and Nursing staff is good. Directors and Senior officers of the hospital should rectify these issues.

I visited for Complete health checkup and had a delightful experience. The entire process took 3.5 hours, the best part was I got the report within this duration. If you visit other labs you have to wait for your sonography and lab test report for a day, so if you have time constraint then this is the best option. All the nursing and other staff are very supportive and the receptionist Ms. Aparna was very cooperative and helped me throughout the process. Thank you SRV for making the process smooth and fast.

Overall experience is very good!! From my end BIG FIVE STAR to this hospital. I want to express my extreme gratitude for the care I received at your hospital. All Doctors are very good. I was healed faster than my expectations. Your facilities, and especially your amazing staff, gave me excellent care and made me about as comfortable as I could be! Staff is extremely good, very co-operative, very much attentive, well mannered, etc. Literally everyone was friendly, kind and caring from the moment I entered. I just would like to thank and commend them all for making my experience as nice as it could possibly be. The meals served were also nice and healthy. Even Dietician almost takes round every day to collect the feedback from each and every patient.
