★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent gated community. But the builder is a cheat and handed over fully BBMP noncompliant and sold to gullible home buyers. No Khata.EC for the project . Property tax is payable for the last 4 years. Buyers beware. HBs have to take their own arrangement

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located in the center of the city, free from noise, pollution, dust. Good constitution, fittings, carridor. Best part is backside forest gives cool breeze. Decent pricing compared to nearby aadarsh apartment.
Negative points :
One extra floor has curtailed car parking space for 5 - 6 occupants. No CC, OC - No Khatha.
