★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good forest view in East side of apparent, you can hear a lot of pleasing bird chirp in the morning, the forest near to it has more than 120 species of identified birds, very pleasent experience to see the forest in the morning through balcony or terrace. Sad think I noticed is that some irresponsible people are dumping garbage plastic into this forest

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Am editing my review as now there are so many changes in this appartement. Maintenance is good . People are so friendly and celebrate festivals together.Yoga is also being conducted every day for ladies by a talented yoga mam.You can enjoy the time.One store is also there in the apartment where we can get vegetables, grocery,stationary,milk,curd and some necessary items at normal prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a pretty nice apartment and society in JP nagar...place seems to hidden between trees and green lush...and society is very neat and clean...apartments are quite spacious and you may look for better stay options via Nestaway in case you would like to avoid heavy deposits which are quite common in Bangalore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Society is located in nice peaceful place close to forest but society management is not proper. They are charging maintenance in full but facilities have been closed, swimming pool closed, gym instruments are not working, sometimes they are closing water supply for one or the other reason. Flats have not proper water line,many flats have leaking problem, It has a small Park with swings which is a good part. I am writing this so that anyone who wants to occupy the flat here must know the situation before hand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Houses r good. Beside kids area for playing is there in the society. But the kids would rather prefer to play in car parking basement corridor lifts 24x7 as result you won't be at peace. Big no-no if you are a peace loving person
