★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being a resident of Adarsh, I've to say that the flats are real nice (at least mine is). Amenities are good. Gym could be a bit better in terms of facilities. The elevator facilities are the worst ever. Probably worst in the whole world. I've never in my life come across such horrible elevator services. I live on the 8th floor and i walk all 8 floors. Lift always gets stuck. And it happens in all the blocks and not just mine

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very elegant apartments with some really innovative services inside. Entry is managed thru an app. The club house is very good and it has a Big Bazar led self service kiosk with all daily urgent and immediate needs. Lots of walking space inside.huge trees cuts traffic noise and dust

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staying there.! Rents on the higher side. But well maintained community. Spacious rooms and well ventilated. Feel of independent flats. Secure. Location fantastic.Superb choice of places for small and big shopping sorround these apartments. Easy access to everything we require in our day to day life related to spiritual ,medical , daily needs ,entertainment to privacy and what not.
