★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mahaveer Springs Annexure is a well maintained group of apartments and the main attractions are Sri Siddi Ganapathi Mandir and swimming pool apart from gym and reading room. There is an indoor playroom, a party hall. The maintenance is also good. The only difficulty is to reach the apartment one feel worse as the approaching roads are not up to the mark. In rainy season we have to look carefully since water stagnant in some places, no proper drainage system. Roads in both sides of apartment are not fine. Nobody cares this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best place for family living. Everything you need for daily living is available within a stone throw distance. Very safe & secure place to live. All modern facilities are available. No scarcity of water at all even in summer. The society is very well maintained & the management team maintaining the society is very helpful & supportive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A decent peaceful place for families to stay. Not ideal for bachelors and party freaks. However the road that takes us to Mahaveer springs is pathetic on both the sides. Rainy season makes these road a hell to walk by.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a very pleasant apartment to live in , People aren't good . While I was in swimming pool, people used to stalk me from their balconies. Located in a very Dangerous location . Apartment has lots of cracks and feels like anytime It will break and collapse . Adventurous but ok .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Average maintenance, lighting in the common place is not adequate. Internet and power outage is very often in this area. Any issues related to common area will take ages to get it done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mahaveer Springs and Mahaveer Springs Annex are 2 different apartments. Since, they are back to back placed, it is confusing.
Mahaveer Springs Apartment is opposite to Dream Mart Super Market. Though this apartment is old, it is a decent apartment to live in. Only 2 amenities that are well maintained are swimming pool and gym. Children play area is spoilt several years ago and never maintained. You can get flat on rent easily. Groceries, general shops are all close by.
