★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you go to the bank, the service is rather good. But when I need an information nobody at the branch takes up the phone. I tried 8 times on 8 different office nos. today the 20th Feb,2018.This happened on other occasions also. An 80 year old has to go the bank for a simple information that can easily be done on phone. As for my experience abroad, the bank officials desist customers to attend or visit the bank. Here in India it is pathetically the opposite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Employees do not care for customer satisfaction and are not ready to reach out to customers.The Manager isn't willing to settle issues and delegates every bit to subordinates who claims that's not their job. Lady Manager is reluctant to disclose her identity and share business card under the alibi that she has been recently transferred to this place, though she has been here for over a couple of years.Even petty services like Fixed Deposit Services takes couple of days to be handed over.

I pity at Standard Chartered Service team that they are least bothered about changing the location on map.
