★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to get a normal photo of my grand father from a very old negative... when other studios in the town gave up on my requirement saying negative printing was stopped in whole state, the guys from star color lab passionately tried and gave out the best photo output from the very old nagative film i gave them... Developed the color to the photo and made our whole family suuuper happy to see my grandfather's photo... thanks to the star color lab and kudos to the guy who developed the negative..
Cons: charging money for each and every service you provide is totally fair because you are the best in town ...after making a bill of more than 2000rs for flex and other services the person other than owner at the bill desk, still asked us to pay 30rs for a softcopy we asked to mail.. Ofcourse you can charge but the way he insisted over 30rs for a softcopy doesn't feel good... Customer relationship is More important than 30rs and the way he insisted..
Star labs maintained to keep up best customer relationship while the bill desk guy totally failed..
At the end you are the 1st preference in the town since you served the best... and only you can serve the best....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a place to go for VISA photos. Though the photographer is good, its the management who are reluctant to stamp the photos with their studio address!! Apparently they do not want to take pictures at all if stamping is required. They say its not their job!! Very bad customer service.
