★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m a gold member of Starbucks. Service is good at this location however the variety of desserts is poor. Hardly theres one dessert that too chocolate based which I really don’t like. Also the seating is rather cramped. Most of the seating is uncomfortable as well when sitting or it is too low compared to the table. Difficulty faced when theres crowd. That’s lack of proper planning! I understand the store is quite small but decent arrangements to be made isn’t so difficult. Hygiene is also not properly maintained as there are crumbs on the seats and tables are sticky!! At least increase the staff numbers if current staff isn’t able to support the store to reasonable levels also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my first time at a Starbucks and I'm so happy i came here. I loved the Americano dark roast and a latte. The ambience is extremely nice and the staff is friendly. Spent my day attending my classes and studying there. I am definitely coming back.

Place Inorbit Mall Malad
Parking - it’s based inside the mall hence huge parking
Ambience- look and feel of the Starbucks remains same with some change in decor. Today I like their new them on Halloween ? and peace as the mall is relatively empty
Food- I always love having my type of black coffee ☕️ and hot chocolate. Today was a day of hot chocolate with Basil ? tomato ? & Mozzarella sandwich ? one of my favourite as it’s the right amount to quantity with and perfect blend of taste.
Staff is well trained and it’s one of the place I like coming again and again when I come to Inorbit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Starbucks is my all-time favourite when it comes to coffee, which I seldom enjoy! I love their fall specials... Especially pumpkin spiced drinks that scream of winters! Hands down, they're the pioneers of anything "pumpkin spiced"....
