★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This happened a few days back when I went to the Starbucks Ram Mahal for a coffee. To be really honest I was in a really bad mood as I had just got out early from RCB vs SRH match after watching RCB batting collapse.
I ordered Cold Mocha coffee and while taking it from the counter to my table I happen to mistakely drop my coffee and it got split completely. I felt so so bad, it just made my mood more horrible till I saw Akash, the store manager. He really spoke to me calmly and asked me to not worry about anything and it happens sometimes. I really apologized him and other staff for the mess I did but they were really kind and made me fe comfortable. I really wanna appreciate Akash, for the professionalism he showed, for those calm words which made me feel so much better and lastly for Mocha from your side. Thank you so much. I really wish the best for you and the staff and I really hope to see you again ❤ Thanks again.

But this experience was great just because of one person (The Duty Manager Akash), He really helped out with my order when I was served with a wrong and Zomato was not helping me and taking advantage of the situation, Akash was the one who helped and being a senior person over there he himself delivered me a replacement Coffee..... for me that is like one of the best gestures a company's senior person can do for a customer and I was truly amazed with the service he gave and made the experience the best experience. I recommend all my friends to order from Starbucks and have trust in Starbucks as its a company which will always take care of its customers and will never let them down and always bring smiles on peoples faces........ Amazing services......... THANK YOU AKASH for the amazing Experience.....
