Its amazing service and i am shocked and surprise that sbi give us amazing service i never seen this type of service in any of sbi branch its really very very nice service the new staff is too good... and very fast service... I cant belive it...

There is a good facility management team and the bank is in small with confined area so it's sometimes gets crowded.

Very polite and helpful staff. Typically when we think about SBI, a picture of an old, bald, ruthless and arrogant bank babu comes into the mind. But this branch is really next gen. The staff are young, dynamic and fast. Full marks.

Very very bad staff. I transferred my sbi account to this gaur city branch from my hometown. But soon I am going to transfer again to Crossing republik branch. Crossing republik branch staff is really really good. But in this Gaur city branch all staff is irresponsible. Gaur city branch staff dont want to work as per the official site rules. Such a Nonsense staff. As per sbi official twitter handle, Sbi has allowed to fill 15g form from any branch. My parents who are senior citizen went here to 15g form. they clearly denied to accept this saying "Humyahi dusri branch ka kaam krte rhenge." They denied accepting KYC form of my parents in past. But on the other hand , Crossing republik branch helped my parents by accepting kyc form and sent scanned copy to home branch after verifying it. Stafff also helped us in filling 15g form. Inshort but in Big words. Gaur city staff - 0/5 star Crossing republik branch staff -4/5 Star.. I wish i could send this review to common Boss of branch manager who is handing both branches on higher level.

Most of the Staff is very irresponsible except 1st two lady sitting on first two counter. Bank Manager has no clue how to handle a Customer and is rude in conversation like they don't have need to Customers and she literally accepted that she can't provide better services in comparison of ICICI etc and doesn't care either you keep the account or surrender.

Very Poor Banking Experience. Opened an Account 20 days ago but the account is not activated yet. The Manager and Employees are more interested in Enjoying their holidays instead of resolving customer's request.

As usual SBI practitioners, No one will pick your call, no one will reply to your queries either on phone or email. Very poor and unprofessional behavior. I don't know why they are given phones and email facilities. I am not at all amused having a loan account with SBI. Extremely bad experience. These people work only after you will stand on their head. They are living in stone age where emails, phones does not matter.

The staff should be a bit more helpful. The old uncle sitting on the counter 4 is very lazy in his work and often misguides the customer when they approach him with a query. Currently,the most decent behaviour can be expected from the ladies at the counter no 1 and 2,plus the service manager who's really sincere towards her work and Mr. Navin who helps out everyone when they ask for it. Hoping that the good staff don't get transferred or replaced anytime soon !
