★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad staff , i had gone for account opening for my mom , i was showing one staff called branch manager very rude behaviour for old person , she is showing full atitude on old men , he is very old , and my problem i had gone arround 5 day before for account opening but they have not opened my account due no reason .

Since my debit card was not working I visited
Rajnagar Extension ghaziabad meerut by pass branch.I found only one lady was attending to customers and the queue was really long.I requested to the branch manager to take my request fast but to my surprise the bank manager Shikha Singh was absolutely unprofessional.
- She said "hum khali nahi baithe hain"
- On telling that the queue is very slow, she started shouting
- she started arguing that if others are waiting, you should also wait
- She threatened me that she will call the cops and used abusive language! All time low behaviour from a bank of national presence
- I wonder what kind of training is imparted to such important profile. I guess they are pretty sure that they can mess up with customers and still get away with this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well First off all its a bank, the most important thing is they are taking social distancing norms very strictly during the harsh time of covid-19. Only 3 people are allowed inside the bank. And the staff behavior is very nice.
