Depositors are allowed to open multiple account under this scheme with combined maximum limit of Rs. 15 lakhs in all accounts. The SCSS account is a robust and safe account designed especially for seniors to earn long term savings in their old age.

Send the Crucial & highly sensitive things like Debit card to unknown address and deliver to unknown people. No information or communication is given for any activity, neither on mail nor on phone number. I have an account since last 9 years, but these people harass the customers. Pathetic irresponsible people getting salaries for being useless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of the Employees are really rude with customers. Their behaviour is so unprofessional. They don't know how to treat customer the right way. Most of them aren't supportive (as they are supposed to help customers with all paper work, forms and all) . Some of them are good, kind and polite, but the rude behaving employees are just?.... I don't know how they got a job at bank?. And one more thing that in working hours,instead of helping customers, staff members are busy in gossips with each other(most of them) and they make customers wait and it is sooooooooo unprofessional and very annoying. Like seriously the customers is standing and saying something but they are busy in gossips ?and not listening the customers ?. Please Bank of Baroda's manager or incharge teach your employees how to behave and how to deal with customers ?.
