★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Employees Behave like typical GOVT employee... and even they are biased to a particular language peoples.
I had a very bad experience at this branch, first of all they are not ready to support the outstation SBI bank account, that SBI need to look after on it. I have to deposit cas in of of a out station bank account and they told that use machine, i've gon to the ATM machine and got hardware error, than came back to the branch manager.
they told that try using ATM card and deposit the amount, I said that I don't have the ATM card. than Manger told me to have the deposit slip from a peon as the cash deposit slip is not available with all other slips.
I filled up the slip and wait for my turn, suddenly I see that the cashier had taken the later token than me even the 30th after me.
I ask them to have my cash as well they said that this has been over, and wait for 30 min we will be back after lunch, can you imaging 45 min and getting the slip to fill up and than 30 min to deposit the amount.
@SBI: please look it to this and try making the process easy. and take some action on these kind of employees

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice service ...in comparison to other government culture this branch totally different ..lil bit language issue but it's fine. Branch banking + ATM service together and all ATM is working properly... crowded always ..
