★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always good working. SBI IS THE LARGEST BANK OF India and it's ATMs are lifeline of Indians. We are so much attached with SBI Bank that it's ATMs is like apna ATM. It it not working we ignore it but SBI IS the
only ATM.which is providing such wonderful social service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst staff! Worst bank! Keep atleast few hours in hand to waste your time here. The staff is incompetent in handling and replying to customers. So empathy towards waiting customers. The employees are happy chit chatting, talking, eating while the customers impatiently to get their queries answered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My review is for the Sector-82 branch located inside the KV-2 primises, and not the ATM as apparently branch has no separate listing on Google.
The branch is conveniently located for the KV-2 residents. However, in terms of service no better than any other nationalized bank branch. Same issues like server down, and chasing pillar to post to get a simple issues resolved.
My experience of getting Transaction Password reset was nothing short of a nightmare. They gave me paper voucher and asked to try after 24 hours, but the clerk forgot to link the voucher issued to my bank account in the system even after 3 days. I had to revisit and remind him personally, and then he completed the process within 2 minutes. Forget the apology, he gave me an attitude like he is doing me a favor.
This means that they have knowledge of how to get things done, but no zeal to do it. Always trying to create a backlog and forcing customers to revisit.
The machine for self-service cheque deposit malfunctioned within a week.
