★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very stupid employees who love to pass the work from table to table rather than completing it. Faced ultimate harrassment when I went to report unauthorized activities in my internet banking. Everytime they keep asking about new documents and applications and finally didn't complete the job.
They should remember that their salaries come from common people's paid taxes before such nasty behaviour.
