->Over crowded and under staffed.
->Too many times we need to change the counters for some of the services, like mobile updation. Need to get authorisation at one counter and again go to another counter wait and get changes in system, wait and go to another counter for confirmation authorisation.
Need to wait for 15 mins in each counter. This is Dumb.
-> Staff is too less for the crowed that this branch has.
