β β β β β This branch works under the main branch of SBI at Barh, there are less staffs but you'll have ease in visiting here. The staffs are very cooperative and friendly and therefore if you have any doubt or enquiry, they'll help you for sure, the setup area is quite hygienic and usually crowded, but well air conditioned so you won't find any discomfort when you visit here.

β β β β β Worst customer service ever. Previous staffs were kind of good but new staffs are very rude and full of attitude. Saw a paralyzed old guy walking from counter to counter while many other elder people were having difficulties as well. Manager was not even in his office. Assistant branch manager had a rough and rude attitude towards everyone. I waited approx 2 and half hours for a tiny bit of work and still had to return empty handed. Just because of employees like these, citizens want Government banks to get privatized.
