★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service, today I went to champasari branch where I have an account. This bank literally ask the customer the amount they want to deposit at the gate, the people who have money more than 20000 only they are allowed to get inside the bank. They asked me to deposit the money in the deposit mechine downstairs but that too was not functional and when I told them about this he was still not willing to let me in and asked me to go to another branch.It seems the poor people does not have any value for them and can grill them anyway.The attitude they have is like they own SBI and have to beg just to deposit or withdraw my own money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SBI (customer service point) near Gol building, they work really slow. At work they also talk to their family, their relatives. They don't know how to talk with customers.
It's my humble request to change these employees.
I know my english is below average. But I think i mean it.
