★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Though they have a big brand name tagged along in the name still they have a tough time to manage there general insurance business. God knows what is stopping management to sell there policies in TATA motor dealers. They have health insurance products, hardly any promotional video can be seen.
They're neither focused in retail business nor in bancassurance. Amongst the list of all general insurance companies they never end up in top 10.
