★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely bad service. They do not respond on the mail and no one picks up the phone when you try to contact their number. A very fine example of bunch of lethargic employees enjoying free government salary and benefits.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Has an ATM outside the bank as usual.very limited staff, about 5-6 including the Manager. No parking is available, it is open on Sundays and closed on Monday. It is located opposite to kendriya vihar complex.this road opposite this bank is usually crowded during peak hours.

SBI is getting downgraded day by day with the kind of service they provide to their customers.No one picks up the call in this branch and also when called on customer care number they say they don't have contact number of this branch and can't help. It's high time to realise the need to value your customer and give them satisfactory service.

I had a SBI Debit card, which was working fine.
Then to it got replaced by a new one and my old card got blocked.
When I went to ATM I got to know that the magnetic strip of the new ATM card is not working it has some problem
Then I went to branch for rectification.
branch staff ask me to apply for new card and it will chargable and I will get again a new card.
My question is when I had a good working card that too with chip. Then why it got replaced.
It clearly show that sbi is looting the customer unnecessary
For this issue i have meet a branch manager, Mr Manoj Choudhary, have explained him again everything. Instead of solution he started talking rubbish unwanted things. For which i have stopped him then he said " Majak kar raha hu Sir aapse Aap serious ho gai"
It clearly shows who serious your staff are.
We are not here for time pass.
Our time is very important for us
Then too I said its ok send me new card.
My card send through post, but it was undelivered due to house lock and it was send to branch and i have received a msg that your card have been send to branch and get that collect from branch
Now when I came to branch for collecting my new card. here I was said that I have to pay Rs 118 more to collect the same from branch.
I was shock to hear this.
Unnecessary i have paid Rs.200 for new card
And now I have to pay again Rs 118 to collect it from branch
Complete loot have started from SBI bank.
When i asked branch staff why should I pay. They dont had any answer and was only saying you have to pay if you want a card.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This bank is located in Sector 12, Kharghar. It has an attached ATM outside. Passbook update machine is inside the bank. It is very popular in this area and there is always crowd at the ATM. Another reason for popularity is that it opens on Sundays also. Monday it is closed. It provides all banking services.
