The Relationship manager is arrogant,doesn't have basic manners of communications , no planning and service is employee centric rather than customer centric.
Be ready to revisit bank 4-5 times for a completing a simple documentation work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really very bad service. Simply they chit chat over phone and least bothered about customer. Three days before went for Topup loan. They are telling no people to work and topup is time consuming job. Then my question why they have the option? Second the approving authority attended me and left unattended for one hour, when I asked them he given file to next counter person. There that person work only for his friends and so called money mafias(sorry to use the term). When I asked about my waiting time he bouncing back that we are not ideal we are working?.after a big conversation the second person assigned job to another person for verification. After verification the first person has to endorse my document. My god I never seen such attitude he wants to find fault with me and did not seen mt document and asking for all. I informed that all has be provided then he mad few mistake in the form which I realised in subregion at office about amount split, and other details for which I have to pay 4000 rs. Hope this help for the higher official to take action to bring SBI back with full Jose. If needed contact me or your cctv footage good source. KINDLY VALUE CUSTOMER MY HUMBLE REQUEST. People visit for a need and if happens for voiceless person he or she is no more in the race.PLEASE PLEASE
