★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a pesonal banking branch. Only those who have accounts in this branch can do the transactions. Its open on all Saturdays and 1st, 3rd & 5th Sunday of the month. Weekly off is on Monday. Working time is from 10:00 to 04:00

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my account transferred here from Belgaum, Karnataka and the employees were very cooperative. I didn't have any problems to open a PPF account as they clearly and very calmly explained all the documents needed and how to go about it. The only problem I think about this is about the weekly off day - MONDAY! When I first visited the bank, it was Monday and it wasn't made known to the public who were new to the place. Only if you visited the branch, a signboard in front of the bank had all these details. I think the same should be updated on their website as well.

I never felt that I am dealing with a Government organisation. Manager is extremely supportive , courteous and always ready to help. 6 stars to the branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is false location of the bank. if you want to locate the correctpopular nagar branch it is located near the warje flyover panjab national bank . It's not visible from road but you can check it by visiting the spandan by Giridhar housing & sharda alliance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to open a savings account with sbi and I went to this branch just bcoz it is close to my residence. I took the token and waited patiently for my turn. I waited for close to 1 hr. When my token no was displayed I went to the counter no 2 and told the lady sitting there that I wanna open savings account and I have all the necessary docs. She said the site is not working fine..and she asked me to wait. Again after half an hour I went to her and asked her that it is already more than 1.5 hrs, how much more time will it take. She arrogantly and disrespectfully replied "aapko dikhta nahi kya aur log bhi wait kar rahe hain...yahan wait karna hi padega. Baithna hai to baitho nahito nikal jao." I'm really disappointed. Is this the way SBI treats its new customers?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely bad experience… Despite the centralised banking system of today’s age, we were made to visit the home branch to get the statement. The branch manager was completely indifferent and least bothered… either the branch management should be changed or this worthless branch should be shut down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST BRANCH EVER ! Won't even give it a star. Such a waste . I opened savings bank account from here . For every step I had to wait for more than 1 hour . None of staff members is willing to communicate , too much preoccupied drama they emit . When I wanted to link Aadhar to bank acc , they gave me reasons all the time saying server is down , staff is not well etc. I went 4 days for that and never got my work done . Please shut this branch . Why start a business when all you want to do is disappoint and waste everybody's time? Lame that the place is given to such branch I'd rather see any another shop over there !
