★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service ever. Like it's trending everywhere: "Lunch break". It's actually the fact that either the staffs are not aware about their duties or they don't want to serve. My refund was stuck n I visited the branch, they said that they can't do anything with the transaction reference number. When I called SBI customer care and also asked CS in SBI YONO, they suggested me multiple times that the branch can locate the transaction using reference number and if not found charge a dispute. First they denied the reference number won't help, then they suggested to file dispute from merchant (usually we can raise dispute from service providing apps like Google pay etc. When the payment error occurs from our end)
Moreover, digital banks are doing well.
