★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No proper attention to one customer. For last one year their printer was not working in any of the branch....when requested for printing statement in passbook, the banker told to fill one form without telling it's a duplicate copy n hence will be charged, and gave simply two printout of statement. Once I left the premise of bank. N started driving I got a message saying that 120 rs has been deducted from account for requesting duplicate. Which I didn't.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an emergency requirement of making a demand draft for college admission in RVCE after lunch time.
Hats off to the lady who was dealing with DDs, she not only understood the urgency, she responded very positively. My DD was done in 2 minutes. She saved my day else, I had to return the next day for admission all the way from Domlur.
Ma'am sincere gratitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lot of times pass book kiosk does not work, around 3 staffs who are known to me and the assistant manager is good, other staff are government employees (god should do their work)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SBI e-corner here you can get withdraw, deposit and passbook print machine it's available 24 hour's it's having 3 nos withdraw and deposit machine so out of the service will not there if one machine is get out of service you will be having other two machine to use easy to find out.

The staff and especially the manager to be precise are very impertinent towards customers.
I have visited the bank thrice and yet they pretend that i havent visited them once. I mean even if i did say that i have visited them they come up with a dumb reason in order to support their assertment which is not appreciated. Honestly this is by far the worst SBI Branches i have ever visited.

She also makes people to wait for any sort of from us required ... The worst experience i have ever had all the time and i really hate to go to this particularbranch
