★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hope it had 0 star options. There was no support given to the customers in regular days but they are also giving their worst services even in lockdown situation. Passbook machine is always out of service and incase if it's in service it's cartage is horrible. The staff needs to be changed. Very annoying experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Worst bank ever. If you have an account in this bank close it immediately and shift to some other bank.
First of all, State Bank of India branches are always crowded.
The staff is rude, ignorant and are least bothered about the customers problems.
They don't even have the basic courtesy to speak.
I had visited this branch to withdraw money but on reaching the bank.
We had to wait in a long queue.
The cash in the bank had finished hence we had to wait for more than one and a half hour.

Can you please write a fixed break time? So that even customers time is not wasted. Rude and unprofessional staff.
