★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consider this as my 1st point of contact One of the worst org I have ever came through your own associate is asking 2 percent from the customer + he has the audacity to make Lewid remarks on our family members.Is this what a financial organization works will be taking this legally,my humble request to the rest of the fellow citizens of India kindly assure the documentation done online and not be handed over personally as security is concerned in regards with our mother and sisters

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Total tost of tym and energy with this company it took arround more then 1month for them and still waiting for sanction letter from them and every time i call they only come up with system is not working or ur application is still in process the person named ajay pathak. That fool always reject my call and every time i text him come up with some new excuses I'm tired of this guy and I would never recommend anyone to even get around or roam around this company this company is completely fraud wasting time of people and energy of people in fact about recommend the employees of this company leave this company as soon as possible because there is no future of this company if they behave in such a manner Very bad service not professional

There is a guy named Ajay Pathak in hero finance, who is a fraud agent, doesn't seems to follow protocols, doesn't give all the information, he took all the documentation and then for 20 days he kept the paper even after approval, he wanted us to give house papers first, before he gives us sanction letter, he tried to scam us, didn't told us about the percentage for a very long time, has very bad attitude, he doesn't belong in office, he should be fired. people like him are bad for any companies let alone private firms. worst experience of all time...

This was my first loan experience with "Hero Housing Finance" and it was very horrible, As a customer.
Don't know about other branches of HHFL but Borivali branch peoples are very rude and untrustable, Senior level persons will make you fool by giving fake assurity of your loan disbursement.
In my case my loan procedure was almost done, disbursement was also done. i paid all applicable charges and I was waiting that my money to get credited to my bank account in a couple of days.
after some days at the last moment, the senior sales manager told me 'Sir your Document has some legal clause due to we can't proceed with your loan’. You can imagine after spending so much money on load procedure the financial provider company is telling you, sir, we can't process your loan. at this point what customer will do?
These people don’t check all legal things initially they just run to get their customers and loan process amount. they check legal things at the very last moment and tell you. (Between the time customer has already spent money on load procedure).On top of that, they will tell you loan procedure amount is non-refundable........this behavior is very rude and unfair to the customer.
My request to HHFL higher authority is to please look into such cases very seriously that happens in your organization so you will not lose your reputation and genuine customers.
I will never recommend HHFL as a financial provider to anyone.....and if you are choosing HHFL as your financial provider then please be alert.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst financing bank ever no one should take loan from this bank. And there are some staff members who don't even know how to talk they just talk in attitude with their customers. The staff members don't know how to talk with their customers they just have their attitude....this bank staff are very careless about customers paper 100 times they will demand for the same paper and even after giving correct paper they will say you have not submitted papers to us... The time when they have to give u cheque they will demand new new document from you. The worst thing they not say anything about 1% amount they will take from loan . The loan amount which we have demanded will not get sanctioned the bank persons will get sanctioned of amount less then the amount which we have demanded.. they just see their own profit in this and they don't care about customers. To complete their target they just see their own things but for that they never see the amount which customer have demanded.. This is the worst financial bank I have ever seen in my life. No one should take loan from this bank
