★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staffs are well mannered and helpful. but, few times they Get irritated and behave rudely in peak hours due to heavy work load. I don't know they are bringing it to their higher authorities notice or not. but, many times i have faced issues in transactions due to server failure. They always give the same excuse of server failure for Anything, like : Money deposition, withdrawals , transfer and passbook updates. So you can't do anything as they show that's not their fault and you have to wait for the connection or for the next bank session.
Hope, in near future they'll overcome from all those problems.
