β β β β β THE ATM MACHINE IS TOTALLY BAD, SOME TIME CASH WAS NOT AVAILABLE, SOME TIME MACHINE WAS NOT IN WORKING AND SO ,MANY ISSUES EVERY TIME, I THINK THIS ATM AND BRANCH TOTALLY PROBLEMATIC. WE FACED THERE SECURITY GUARD ALSO NOT LITERATE, THE DONT HAVE KNOWLEDGE ABOUT THEIR DUTY

β β β β β Staff is very cooperative, helpful . Branch Manager Mr.Aalok is extreemly customer friendly full with human touch. Despite tough time under present scenario when huge rush is virtually attacking Banks to get their currency notes exchanged, Mr. Aalok is handling the crisis to the best of his acumen, ability and leadership quality. Today I saw him even directly handling cash deposits from customers in his chamber, giving additional relief to clients as well as support to his Staff. Full marks to Mr. Aalok and his team ....... Keep it up .

Sbi is largest govt. Bank organization of our country.
But this branch you observe by these attached photos.
Security guard of this branch is very rude,
He not respect of senior citizens, ladies .
I have a bad experience with this branch, totally worst.
Sbi need to take initiative that each month, a surprise visit with survey team,
If found anyone guilty, dismiss that person on the spot.

In this competitive market they still enjoying their govt Job.
After visiting this branch I change my mind to continue my saving account from this bank which I was managing from last 15 years.
I will definitely close my all account in some period of time.
