SBI staffs are like running charitable bank behaviour.
No customer satisfaction.
Specially harassment to local senior citizens,pensioners.
No help desk ,no proper guidance to first stepper in bank.
Staff has no fear of manager, regional manager ombudsman or CEO of SBI.,,,,, called as No fear no compromise.
