★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrogance written on forehead. One person told me I could not withdraw more than 50k on a withdrawal slip signed by my mum who is 86yr old and can't get out of home. He directed me to another lady who told me I can not withdraw even one rupee on someone else's withdrawal slip. The person has to be here OR I have to get a medical certificate signed only by an MBBS doctor that she can not come to bank. Gross. It is an insult to all other doctors as well.
Poor experience indeed.
