★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fastest SBI branch I ever visited. They not only opened my savings account within 30 min but also provided me my printed passbook with cash deposit entry. Really satisfied with the service provided. Special thanks to Single Window team. They work extraordinarily with given work load. Also security kaka was like friend and guide through out the process.. I was amazed with his understanding of banking system.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. I went to deposit amount in PPF account of my brother on 3rd April 2021 via cheque. The amount got deducted from account but not got credited in PPF account.The branch employee did not even bother to contact us nor they were cooperative.Very bad experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am joint account holder of SB AC 39906197692 of my wife Padma Pradhan. We have opened the account in Vaishali Nagar branch Mulund West Mumbai 400080. We received very bad service at the branch. But we stay with our son at pimple saudagar, where SBI pimple saudagar is near to us. From the beginning we received very nice service from frompimple saudagar Pune branch. All the staff is very efficient n smiling service. Even Watchman is very smart n helped us in all respects. Many thanks to SBI pimple saudagar Pune branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unexpectedly prompt service ! Very helpful staff, no rush. Most of the time you can get your banking done in less than 5 minutes, which is very rare with banks like SBI. However they should install cash deposit machine, which can save time of both customers and staff as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello,this branch is not gud,the employees r just passing time.i went to register myself for internet banking..but the lady employee was making my fool by saying that ur request has approved..my father from Delhi went their SBI branch ...the manager there told that they hv not approved till..I went there 4-5 times leaving my 3 yr old son at home...I think I should complaint if this branch at RBI.One thing more I feel..the sbi employees only entertain marathi folk their..

Wifi was not working.
Their landline no. is always out of network coverage area.
It is very rare to find a customer executive on a customer care no.
Not sure how do the people manage their work.
Overall - pathetic experience

But staff here is very supportive and try to get things done as per the guidelines. Special thanks to Priti madam for getting it done in less than 10 minutes.
