I purchased a flat for residential purpose after scanning and criss crossing at least 50 properties from the likes of G.K, paranjpe, lodha and others across pimple saudagar, wakad, Aundh ans nearby area, but this property was by far the best of all. Starting with the construction material, this property has by far the best quality material used during construction as if the builder was building the property for his own residential purpose. A lot of thought has gone into the planning, architecture and design of the flats and every minutes details like location of kitchen, cross ventilation, bedroom, dining etc. have been taken care of following the principles of vastu. This property scores highest points in terms of location, proximity to important needs like grocery, schools, restaurants, hospitals, malls and everything that you need for a happy living. This property also scores high on the scale for the overall peace of mind and value for money. Icing on the cake is fully functional swimming pool and 24 hrs gym. Very happy and satisfied with my decision of calling this place my home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is in heart of Pimple saudagar. Air ventilation is very good. Good play area for kids but it’s not safe instrument in play area. Swimming pool is big and deep. Flat are very large size and all side ventilation. Good connectivity to surround area and Hinjawadi IT park. Shivar Chowk and shivar garden hotel is heart of pimple Saudagar and this society is just 1 min walk from shivar garden hotel. CCTV camera are active in society. Good place to stay with family and kids. People in this society are ok ok in behavior ?. In summer water tanker is needed.
