★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normal PSU. No queue management. No token system. So, you will find crowd on every counter. Things are always taken by granted. Core banking is just for namesake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nothing different from any other nationalised bank, staff seem to have very limited knowledge, they even have silly politics among them, took more than 10 days to open NRI account and still they keep coming back with forms to fill. There is only one lady in NRI section whose knows something, if she is absent then you are doomed. No online changes for NRI, you have to go to branch for every small change to your account and for any requests. SBI should be ashamed of their incompetence.
