β β β β β Very Bad Service. I submitted mY online sbi password reset form 10-12 days ago and still it's not processed...not received any confirmation! And Today I visited...bank was facing connectivity issue....SBI such a big bank of india and such service. Ridiculous.....RBI should review all branch's service quality of SBI. Very unhappy.

β β β β β not good bank they dont even listen customers....they are always busy in there own work and there is no any lunch time they go for eat at any time.

β β β β β Very cheap and faltu service at sasane nagar branch,no body comes on time as per given time schedule,bank opening timing is 9:30 AM but the bank open after 10:30 always, how the common people do their bank work,we are also employees in other company and we come at your bank with the planning as per your time schedule but evry time we are facing the timing issue.so please adhere your time line and come on proper timming.

β β β β β Staff behavior is worst & rude in this branch,there is no one there to provide information & worst customer services in this branch, never go to sbi bank & especially sasane nagar pune branch, that's why more and more going to private banks instead of govt banks because rude and worst behavior of bank staff...

β β β β β very bad all staff and Manger alwys irritating me .I will transfer my solapur account to this brnch .first he tell he don't help me anymore then I will solve on mail trsnfer done but today I will visit at brnch then he said 15 days abhi lagela etna din lagta he ek account Transfer me I will complaint to rbi I will take strong action on it

β β β β β SBI of sasanenagar is very god but the service they provide is very bad. Hence I am trying to print my transactions on passbook from last 2 months but there is no service for that there machines are off and showing some error in it. I request @sbin to look into this and fix those problems and make service god for all.
