The branch has less staff but even then they are super efficient, polite, courteous, patient and above all very helpful. The Branch Head Ms Indu Leads the show and she is by far the best. Keep it up SBI Shiv Nagar....
Ms Uma, Ms Pallavi are also great staffs.
